Interviewed and quoted at least 5 different companies and options for a water softener system and something that would remove chloride and chloramides. Our son has allergies and we were struggling. First let me tell you that Wayne knows his business in addition to offering a great US made product and fair price. Only combo I could find that filtered out the chlorides and softened water in one system without having to replace filters on an recurrent schedule and $$. Eventually the activated carbon wears out and will have to be replenished but that will be about 5 years down the road. For a change this system doesn't seem like it will be disposable, which seems to be the case with most companies, even the very expensive ones. We were so thankful to have found exactly what we needed and an honorable person to deal with. Delivery and installation were on schedule and well performed. Easy process, outstanding price and awesome customer service. Recommend 100% very happy with our system and the service through out.

A Facebook post sent Wayne my way. I couldn't be happier! What a blessed friend I found in him. He wasn't trying to "pressure sell" me on anything, but gave honest advice on every product out there. Even little questions in between to be sure I fully understood while we went through each system. I had to wait for about a month to get my system installed, but what a difference in our water.
